I promised to write this post 4 days back , but i was on small trip to the capital of the nation. I  just returned today after an exhausting journey.So here i am with the home remedies to gain weight.

1. HONEY, IT’S HONEY AGAIN

Honey can be used for weight gaining or losing. It depends on the way you use it.Mix one / two spoonful of honey with a glass of milk on empty stomach.

2. ASWAGANDHA POWDER

To a ‘glass of hot milk’ add ‘ashwagandha’ powder ( easily available in any aayurveda store) and add spoonful ‘ghee’ to it. Drink it twice a day.

3.BANANAS

Before sleeping take 2,3 ‘bananas’ immediately followed by a ‘glass of milk’.

4. YUMMY MANGOES

Eat one huge ‘ripe mango’ followed by a ‘glass of milk’ . Do this thrice a day.

5.DRY FRUITS

Tke 6 figs + 30gr kismiss . Soak them in water overnight. Take them in two servings. otherwise eat 10 big soaked dates.
